People who value a calmer, more peaceful, and more organic lifestyle, who would like to go deeper, seek meaningful connections, and have a growth mindset.

Accommodation and Room TypesWhat types of rooms are available? – 2 large rooms (140x200cm beds) with a shared bathroom and private workspace – 1 medium room (140x200cm bed) with an ensuite bathroom but no private workspace – 1 XL room (160x200cm bed) with ensuite bathroom and private workspace – 1 XL room (160x200cm bed) with ensuite bathroom, including a bathtub, and private workspace How are the rooms furnished? Are there options for customization? The rooms are fully furnished and, therefore, do not require any customization. Are there ensuite bathrooms or shared bathrooms? Only two of our single rooms do not have an ensuite bathroom, however, we have an extra guest bathroom in the hallway so you will never have to wait to use one.

Lease Terms and PricingWhat are the rental prices for different room types? It depends on the room and how long you are going to stay. All prices include IVA (tax) and utilities. No hidden charges. Large rooms with shared bathroom: Alginet & Tozal 1 month = €950 2-3 months = €900 per month 4+ months = €850 per month XL rooms with en-suite bathroom: Kingston & Oakwood 1 month = €1500 2-3 months = €1400 per month 4 + months = €1300 per month Medium room with en-suite bathroom: Wimbledon 1 month = €950 2-3 months = €900 per month 4+ months = €850 per month Are utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) included in the rent? Yes. What is the duration of leases or rental agreements? Is there flexibility in lease terms? The minimum duration for a stay is 1 month. We will be as flexible as we can be. Is there any deposit? Not yet. So far everyone has been very respectful of the space and people understand that if they break something, they have to pay to fix it. What if we are a couple? The price remains the same, as it is per room.

Environmental ConsiderationsIs the coliving space designed with sustainability in mind? Are there any eco-friendly features? 100%. As it stands: – The house has a rainwater collection system installed that is then used to irrigate the garden. – We have just started one of three compost heaps, so scraps and organic matter are recycled and put to good use. – Our vegetable patch, herbs and fruit trees allow us to learn about, grow, and harvest our own produce. – We use deadwood from the gardens to fuel our two fireplaces or for the BBQ – We buy as much local, seasonal and ecological produce from local farmers For the future: – Install solar panels – Increase biodiversity by planting more – Creating bird + bat houses to put around the property

Cleanliness and MaintenanceHow often are common areas and rooms cleaned? Common areas are cleaned twice a week, and bedrooms + bathrooms once a week. Will we have to do any chores? Of course! We have a daily chores board in the kitchen for this and it´s very simple to follow. Basically, in order to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and functional for all, we have two main chores: 1) Taking the rubbish out 2) Wiping surfaces, unloading the dishwasher and putting dry dishes away How are maintenance requests handled? Is there a quick response to issues? Maintenance requests are dealt with as quickly as possible by your host. It depends on the issue, but the sooner we can respond to an issue the better.

Location and AccessibilityWhere is the coliving space located? Is it in a convenient and safe neighborhood? We are located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood called El Plantio – La Cañada. Just a 20-minute drive to the centre of Valencia and very well located to escape out into nature with ease as we are right next to the La Vallesa forest. This is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Valencia as we have private security that patrols the area and takes less time to show up than the police if an alarm is raised. What is the proximity to public transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities? We are between two metro stations: La Cañada and La Vallesa. It takes aprox 20 minutes to walk there or 5 minutes by bike, and then 30 minutes to arrive to the city centre. There is also a bus service nearby. We are a 10 minute drive to Valencia Airport (although not on the flightpath). Just around the corner, we have the El Plantio pharmacy and restaurant. La Cañada has all the shops and amenities you may need, and also a lovely array of restaurants (traditional Spanish, Mediterranean fusion, Italian, Sushi…) And as shopping centers go, 4km away we have “Kinepolis” which we would highlight their very new and comfortable cinema.

Proximity to Work and Leisure ActivitiesHow close is the coliving space to workplaces, entertainment options, parks, and other places of interest? – The nearest coworking spaces, apart from the ones you have in the house, are in the centre of Valencia (15 minutes by car or 30/45 minutes by public transport) – There are restaurants, supermarkets and shops in La Cañada (2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking) – Kinepolis shopping centre has a wide selection of restaurants, shops and one of our favourite cinemas in town (5 minutes by car) – There is a forest, called La Vallesa, with hiking trails just a 5 minute walk away from the house and a small outdoor calistenia park on the way there.

Guest PoliciesAre residents allowed to have guests over? Are there any restrictions or guidelines? Yes, guests are allowed over but within reason. Dialogue, respect and common sense will be our guidelines but the host will always have the final say. Are noise levels and privacy considerations addressed? Yes, we take both of these issues very seriously. After dark, things get very quiet in this area and we love to get a good night’s sleep ,so we will kindly ask you to start winding down at night and respect "quiet time" (23:30-9:00)

Transport OptionsAre there bike storage facilities or parking options for residents with vehicles? Yes. We have a large private garage for bikes, scooters, or motorbikes. There is also a lot of room for storage within the property so just let us know what you need. We are located on a very quiet residential street so parking outside the house is absolutely no problem. Do I need a vehicle? Not really. Although having your own private transport makes life easier, you can move around with no problem without a motorized vehicle. We are happy to help you rent a vehicle if you so require. Do you have bikes? Yes, we have a few bikes and we can lend you one to move around the area freely. We have them by the front entrance with all the necessary equipment (lights, locks, pump..etc) so you can use one easily whenever you fancy.

Amenities and FacilitiesWhat common areas are provided (kitchen, living room, coworking spaces, fitness areas, rooftop terrace, etc.)? Fully equipped kitchen (two fridges, Incapto coffee machine, dishwasher, smoothie blender...etc) , two living rooms, indoor & outdoor coworking spaces, meeting room, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, BBQ area, 3 large garden areas, vegetable patch and private parking. Is there high-speed internet access and other technological amenities? We have hired 1 GB of 5G internet that reaches all parts of the house thanks to a strategically placed router and Wi-Fi booster. Are there laundry facilities on-site? Yes. We have a spacious laundry/utility area with a sink, worktop, brand-new washing machine and high-end steam iron.

Pet PoliciesAre pets allowed in the coliving space? No, unfortunately, no extra pets are allowed in the coliving. Your host has a very well behaved 14 year old dog (Nana) and a 1 year old cat (Asya) so having more animals is complicated and not allowed by the property owners.

Safety and SecurityHow is security ensured within the coliving space? Your host will readily make sure everything is as secure as possible. Common sense amongst co-livers is a must and anything insecure must be reported immediately. Are there security measures such as access control, surveillance, or on-site staff? We have private security that patrols the neighborhood day and night and, in case of emergency, they come straight to the house in a matter of minutes if an alarm is raised. We also have some strategically placed surveillance cameras.

Community and Social LifeHow does the coliving space facilitate social interaction among residents? By asking what people would like and communicating what our plans are as well. The best moment to talk about these things is typically over a meal together. Are there organized events, workshops, or gatherings to foster a sense of community? For sure! Let us know what you are thinking but we have plenty of contacts and ideas to be able to set up almost anything you can think of, within reason. Yoga, meditation, workouts, cooking workshops, carpentry workshops, garden workshops, pop-up events, movie nights, game nights, wine-tasting, coffee tasting… etc. Also, I (your host; Phillip) have my own excursion group called “Discohike”, a underground jazz bar called La Vitti and have co-founded a new language exchange concept that mixes entrepreneurs, locals and foreigners alike. If you want to get outdoors, meet interesting open-minded people, watch some of the best live music in town, improve your Spanish or English, or simply do something different, then come and join us!
